Terms of Service

We describe each ritual as accurately as we can. All prices are in euro and include VAT at the applicable rate. We may update prices and availability at any time; the price that applies is the one shown at checkout.

When you check out, payment is taken securely by Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds and we send your confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable or an error is found, in which case you are refunded in full.

We ship across the European Union. Delivery is charged at a flat rate and is free above the threshold shown at checkout. Estimated delivery is three to five business days after dispatch; estimates are not guarantees.

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days. Please see our Returns & Exchanges page for how it works. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method.

Our products support wellbeing and relaxation and are not medical devices or treatments. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of your order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded.
