The Evening Wind-Down Ritual
How to extend the settled, quiet feeling at the close of the day.
The hour at the end of the day is its own kind of practice. The body is soft, the mind unusually quiet - a state worth protecting.
Go slowly. Draw a wrap around your shoulders, brew something warm, and let the eyes rest under a little weight. Resist the pull back into the day for as long as you can.
This is the heart of bringing calm home: making space for stillness in your own rooms, and letting it last.
Begin. Breathe. Return.
