Acupressure Points for Everyday Tension
A calm introduction to pressure-point self-care for the hands, neck, and shoulders.
Inspired by pressure-point practice, simple self-care can become a grounding daily ritual. This is for wellbeing and relaxation - a moment of attention, not a medical treatment.
Start with the web of the hand, between thumb and forefinger. Hold with gentle, steady pressure for a few breaths, then release. Move to the base of the skull, where the neck meets the head.
Keep the touch slow and the breath slower. The point is not to fix anything, but to bring a little quiet attention back to the body.
Begin. Breathe. Return.
