A 5-Minute Desk Reset
Five quiet minutes to release the shoulders and soften a screen-heavy day.
The body keeps the shape of the day. Hours at a desk gather quietly in the shoulders, the jaw, the hands - a slow tightening we rarely notice until we stop.
This is a short ritual you can return to between meetings. Set a massage ball beneath one foot and roll slowly, breathing out as you find a tender place. Move to the shoulders. Let the breath, not force, do the work.
Finish with the hands. Roll a pressure ring along each finger, then rest the palms open in your lap for three slow breaths. Five minutes is enough to change the shape of an afternoon.
